For EditablePolygonItem.cpp, I scaled the width of the lines
to be a fraction of m_handleRadius in EditablePolygonItem.h
so that the line width is proportional to the control point.

Can you make m_handleRadius in EditablePolygonItem.h a variable
in the Config file? This is often suggested by my people here.
